The Chase Oaks Homeowners Association (COHA) invites you to become an active member! Our annual dues are $75 per owner occupied or rented household, renewable each January 1st.
Here’s some of what COHA does:
o Beautifies our community through flowers, trees, lighting, mowing and watering of our impressive front entrance. Some 60% of COHA’s annual budgeted expenses are spent on this weekly maintenance of common areas.
o Operates www.chaseoaksplano.com for keeping the entire community informed about news and events
o Publishes the bi-monthly Newsletters for all homeowners
o Publishes and distributes an annual Directory with contact information of all residents for dues paying COHA members
o Sponsors social events such as the Fun Fest in October which is a block party full of activities and entertainment
o Distributes new-neighbor welcome baskets.
o A community Garage Sale is held in May along with a Meet Your Neighbor event at the Golf Course in June
o A Business Association (COBA) is pursuing group discounts and other business networking opportunities
o Supports neighborhood crime-watch reporting and safety education.
o Monitors City of Plano Planning and Zoning updates as well as traffic-control news.
Please note that COHA Board Members, Officers, and Committee Members serve voluntarily and without pay. No homeowners’ dues are spent for meals, appetizers, or beverages at any COHA meetings. Your contribution through payment of COHA dues will help us to accomplish our goals of keeping property values high, promoting neighborhood safety, and providing activities for the entire community to enjoy participating in.
