BEAUTIFICATION: Active in enhancing the appearance of our community with
seasonal planting, maintaining utilities and special beautification projects. If you're
handy, willing and don't mind a little dirt under your fingernails, Call Nancy

CRIME WATCH/BLOCK CAPTAINS: Working with the Plano Police, these folks
help maintain a safe and secure neighborhood. They distribute Crime Watch Bulletins and prevention tips via the bi-monthly COHA newsletter to their block of homes and they notify the Membership/Welcoming Chair of any new residents on their block Call Sharon Cobb at 972-527-6950 to learn more or to volunteer for your block.
WELCOMING/MEMBERSHIP: These nice people welcome new residents to our
community and provide a Welcome Packet full of helpful, useful information. This
committee also forwards the names and addresses of the new residents for
announcements in the newsletter. To join the committee or to let us know about a new resident, call Janet Osorio at 972-517-7047.
NEWSLETTER: Publishes and distributes our bi-monthly newsletter. Advertising
space is sold to local businesses to help cover publishing expenses. Articles are
contributed by committees, board members or residents. Have an idea for a piece or

PLANNING & ZONING/TRAFFIC SAFETY: Monitors zoning and traffic safety
issues through involvement with City Planning and acts as a liaison between the city
and our neighborhood. Glenn Carter chairs the committee and can be reached at 214-445-7125.
SOCIAL: The fun group. These folks implement ideas for social events and
gatherings to create opportunities to meet your neighbors, develop closer community relationships and generally celebrate our community. Is this you? The position is currently OPEN! Call Susan Chamberlain at 972-517-8852 if you're interested!
